1Can I come in and just do cardio?

Absolutely! We offer a full range of equipment to get your sweat on. Whether you’re in the mood to climb on our Stepmills, glide on our ellipticals or dash on our treadmills, you’ll find a variety of clean, maintained equipment to choose from.

2I like using free weights, what do you have?

We love free weights too and have the weights and equipment to help sculpt your body into the perfect you. Whether you’re on our Smith machine, squat rack, Leg press or variety of benches, you’ll have your choice of equipment to build and maintain the muscle mass that you’re looking for.

3Do you provide a towel service?

Let’s face it; no one appreciates working out in somebody else’s sweat! We provide small towels for you to use during your workouts and large towels if you wanted to shower here after your workout.

4I’ve never used a trainer before, what should I expect?

Personal training is a great way to step outside of your comfort zone. Whether it’s upping the intensity of your workouts or having you try something that you would never do by yourself, having a personal trainer is an incredible way to “switch it up” and keeping your workouts fresh and effective.

5I’m not interested in using a trainer. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Although we’re proud of our Personal Training expertise, there are absolutely no hard feelings if you want to do your own thing. Our memberships are flexible so that you only pay for and use what you want and nothing for things you don’t.
