joga (yoga class with a little Joe) - a strong, vigorous, mindful yoga style workout that incorporates non-linear movement to let go of old patterns in the body and mind. This practice emphasizes strength, flexibility, & stability through classical postures, flow breathing, sound, meditation and deep relaxation. (50 min)
