Description

lower body blast - The compliment to Upper Body Blast, Lower Body Blast is a great half hour high intensity circuit workout with anaerobic intervals led by an exercise specialist. This class will utilize free weights, body-bars, exercise bands, steps and resist-a-balls to provide you with an intense full body workout. The perfect class for those on the go with only a little time to feel the burn. (30 min)
