General Memberships

We prove that service with a smile- a genuine smile, still exists. Without the hindrance of social crowds or the wait for equipment, P.T.S. is a decision you can feel good about. You can leave the world at the door and take pleasure in a gym that is personal, convenient and comfortable. Membership entitles you to a full towel service, free weights, circuit machines, professional cardio-vascular equipment, personal viewing screens, and more! We also provide two free orientation sessions with a personal trainer to empower you to accomplish your goals starting from where you are today to exactly where you want to be in the future.

Personal Training

At P.T.S., we believe that no two people are the same and that their workouts shouldn’t be either. Uniquely designed to achieve your own fitness goals and objectives, each session targets the results you desire. Weight Loss Training

By combining our proven personal training techniques with realistic nutritional advice, we’ll devise a program guiding you from the first to the last pound. Sport Training

To be an athlete is to be a little more. A little more persistent, spirited and driven. Drive, coupled with ability, gives an athlete their edge. Use our athletic program to sharpen your edge! Our proven combination of interval, plyometric, and strength training techniques will help you harness your full athletic potential. We keep you off the sidelines and in the game by integrating flexibility training and injury prevention protocols into every session. With our sport training, you’ll conquer the biggest competition of all: yourself.


Post Rehab Training

Change is a good thing, except when instigated by accident or injury. Working out in the aftermath of an injury can be downright discouraging and uncomfortable. That’s why we are proud to offer post rehabilitation training programs that make your transition from physical therapy to a normal maintenance program seamless and sensible.

Group Exercise

We can all use a little help from our friends! With P.T.S. Group Training, a bit of camaraderie inspires an excellent workout. Choose from small or large group options.

Large Group Training

With a schedule of preset times, P.T.S. offers workouts that are designed for groups of 5 or more people. Ranging from full body strength workouts to yoga and core conditioning, you can attend any session without a reservation. All offerings are the same price, which may be paid at the time of service or conveniently charged to a credit card on file.

Bootcamp

All P.T.S. members receive a discount at our sister club Iron Core Bootcamp, located adjacent to the club. ICBC offers high energy pay as you go classes driven by killer music and led by seasoned instructors. The perfect addition to your workouts, these are classes you don’t want to miss!
