Classes Taught



Jenna was first drawn to yoga for the physical benefits in 2013. She quickly realized that it was going to have a much larger impact on her life. Through her practice she gained confidence, patience, gratitude, and self-love. Jenna embraced the practice entirely by continuing it off the mat; allowing her to be open minded, to learn from others, and to always be evolving. She loves the feeling of community that yoga brings, and has made it her mission to help others find their authentic self. Jenna decided to take her practice to the next level, and began her 300 hour training in 2016 with Wendy Pinto. Jenna’s classes are vinyasa based, fun, and always has a great playlist. She encourages her students to go at their own pace; reminding them that growth and transformation takes time. Her goal is to have students leave her class feeling empowered and ready to take on challenges both on and off the mat.


Spending time with her husband and two dogs, cooking, gardening, paddle boarding, music and going to concerts, snowboarding, hiking, reading, and taking care of her ducks.
