After spending years in a sedentary job and gaining 40+lbs, Shane took control of his health and fitness using various forms of exercise and creative cooking. That experience made him want to help others achieve their personal health and fitness goals, knowing all too well how it feels to be unhappy with one’s body and feeling overwhelmed and lost in how to make that first step towards change.
